Our staff members will direct the applicant to the Oldman River Regional Services Commission in Lethbridge where all subdivision applications are processed. Oldman River Regional Services Commission are under contract to the Town to provide professional planning services.
To Process a Subdivision Application Oldman River Regional Services Commission Requires:
. Application Forms Completed and Signed
. Subdivision Fees (Non-Refundable)
. Diagram (Drawn to Scale)
. Copy of a Recent Certificate of Title (Within 30 Days)
. ERCB Abandoned Well Information
