The Municipal Planning Commission has approved or refused the issuance of the following Development Permits:

2026D-31 – In the matter of property located at: 738 3rd Ave N. (Lot 9, Block 23, Plan 5924JK) In respect to works consisting of: Construct a 23’x30′ Accessory Building THE DEVELOPMENT PERMIT IS EFFECTIVE ON November 6, 2026
