Utility Invoices are sent out every month, payments can be made directly to the Town Office during regular business hours, through internet banking, telephone banking and at most financial institutions. The Town accepts cash, cheques and money orders. For added convenience, there is a drop box located at the front entrance of the building.

Any taxpayer who feels his/her assessment does not fairly reflect the value of their property may appeal that assessment within 60 days of the date of the Notice of Assessment. Prior to filing a written complaint, you are encouraged to contact our office the Assessor will be pleased to review the assessment with you. If, after talking with the Assessor’s Office your concerns are not satisfied, you may file a formal complaint with the Assessment Review Board. A written complaint explaining why you feel your assessment is incorrect, must be sent to the Clerk of the Assessment Review Board for the Town of Vauxhall forms to prepare your complaint are available at the office.
